TRIMIT in Microsoft's AI Project

TRIMIT participates in Microsoft's exclusive AI project

TRIMIT has been selected for Microsoft's prestigious Red Carpet program, where the company will help shape future AI solutions within Business Central.

"It's a great recognition of our technological competencies that Microsoft has chosen TRIMIT as a sparring partner in their Red Carpet program. Over the years, we have built a strong collaboration with Microsoft and been involved in several of their development projects," states Richard Postborg, CTO at TRIMIT.

Close collaboration with Microsoft on future solutions

As part of the program, TRIMIT gets early access to Microsoft's newest AI frameworks and direct sparring with the tech giant's developers). This includes some days at Microsoft Development Center in Lyngby, where the team will meet with Microsoft’s experts for an intensive workshop.

"We are facing a technological paradigm shift with AI, and through this collaboration, we get the opportunity to be at the forefront of development. We are already working on exciting solutions that can automate time-consuming processes for our customers," explains Postborg.

Concrete AI solutions under development

One of the first projects focuses on automating product creation using AI. By using known AI prompts, detailed product registrations can be automatically generated with specifications such as colors and sizes. Additionally, we are looking into AI generation of complaints via customer email inquiries.

"We incorporate AI into manual processes or as a supplement to processes that already exist in TRIMIT. With AI, we can automate a wide range of processes while ensuring much higher data quality. These are just a couple of examples of how we can transform daily workflows. Initially, TRIMIT's focus is on mastering the tools that Microsoft will make available in the near future," says Richard Postborg.

The results of the collaboration will be presented at a major Microsoft event in the spring, where selected solutions from the Red Carpet program will be showcased.

"This initiative isn't just about implementing new technology – it's about redefining how our customers work with their business systems. We are investing heavily in developing the next generation of Business Central solutions that unlock the full potential of AI," concludes TRIMIT's CTO.
